General Information

In order to provide you with a pleasant stay and to avoid any misunderstandings, we kindly ask you to read and respect the following house rules. By staying at Torch Apartments, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
Staying at the Torch Apartments Hotel is not permitted for persons under the age of 14.

Check-in & Check-out

• Guests are required to present a valid passport or identification document upon arrival for mandatory registration.
• Accommodation is available from 14:00 (2:00 PM) on the day of arrival.
• Check-out time is until 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

Payment Policy

• Guests may choose between two payment options at the time of booking:
  • Full payment of the total reservation amount by card at the time of booking, or
  • Partial payment of 40% of the total reservation amount by card at the time of booking, with the remaining balance payable upon arrival at the property.
• The remaining balance (if applicable) must be settled at the property during check-in.

Early Departure

In the event of early departure or shortening of the reserved stay after check-in, the guest remains responsible for payment of the full reservation amount, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Torch Apartments.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

In case of reservation cancellation, refunds are issued under the following conditions:

• 100% refund of the total accommodation price if the cancellation is made 30 or more days before the arrival date.
• 50% refund of the total accommodation price if the cancellation request is made 15 to 30 days before the arrival date.
• No refund (0%) if the cancellation is made 14 days or less before the arrival date.

Apartment Use & Safety

• Each apartment is equipped with a safe for your convenience. Please ensure the safe is emptied before departure.
• Apartment inventory (pillows, blankets, towels, etc.) must not be removed from the apartment.
• The apartments may be used only by guests registered at the reception.
• Pets are not allowed in the apartments.
• Smoking inside the apartments is strictly prohibited.

Peace & Quiet

To ensure comfort for all guests, we kindly ask you to maintain peace and quiet during the following hours:

• From 23:00 (11:00 PM) to 08:00 (8:00 AM)

During this period, any behavior that may disturb other guests is not permitted.

Inspection & Damages

On the day of departure, the guest is obliged to allow the apartment staff, in the guest’s presence, to inspect the apartment and its inventory.

Any damage identified during this inspection must be compensated by the guest.
